Pretty in Pink

Got some lovely new fabric in the post, from Riley Blake Designs!!Wanna Be A Cowboy 2
Pink, pink, pink!
Can't wait to get started on this project
for Riley Blake's 'Cutting Corners College'.
Its a great place to find patttern ideas for their fabric.
But here's a problem,
do I finish this?
Central Park
or do I just dive in and start a new project?
Are you a finisher?
Or do you just keep on starting?!

  1. Gorgeous fabrics Karen! It's always so hard to resist starting something new, but equally satisfying is getting those UFOs finished. Perhaps a bit of both! Jxo

  2. If I start something and then get board with it I set it aside and stars something else. When the new project is done I am so happy and motivated I go back to the first one and work on it some more. Some projects are start to finish like chocolate cake and others are slower and take longer to finish like vegies!

  3. Lol....we are all different...I usually only have a couple of things going at once...although this year I have 4 quilt tops awaiting hand quilting...so; I guess we all do it!! The fabric is much too hard to resist anyway...lol

  4. Definitely a starter and I did look at Riley Blake's Cutting Corners College and saw something else I'd dearly like to start - you are a temptress....! and I am too weak to resist...! tee hee! It's in a file for now..and I must get back to my UFOs.

  5. Lately I've been a finisher. Finished one quilt this week and I'm in the process of finishing another. But....I'm ADDICTED to buying/collecting material so that when I finish all my projects, I can begin a few new ones. I'm dying to start something new! I do love these colors and I'm not a huge pink fan but this set is really adorable.

  6. I love those fabrics! I'm a finisher though...while the finishing of the few quilts I've made isn't that fun, but like the feeling of accomplishment more.
